Pour 50ml of Le Botanique over ice in a large gin glass

Add fresh mint, lemon and cucumber and mix 

Top with Sunny Farm Prosecco

In a cocktail shaker combine lime, mint and cucumber and mash together

Add contents to a cocktail glass, with 1 shot (50ml) of Le Botanique over ice and top with 3 shots (150ml) of Nosecco.
