A payment shall only be considered as effected if BEL NADA can dispose of the entire amount. If the customer fails to meet his payment obligations in whole or in part, all outstanding amounts owed by the customer to BEL NADA under any title shall become immediately due for payment and all deliveries shall be suspended. In this caseBEL NADA reserves the right to withdraw from any open orders. In case of a possible delay of payment by the customer, BEL NADA may charge a default interest of 5% p.a. as well as a reminder fee of up to CHF 20.- per reminder. Purchase on account with instalment facility (POWERPAY): MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "purchase on account" as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice, you can simply pay your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month. When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim that has arisen and handles the corresponding payment modalities. CHANGES, DELIVERY, OBLIGATION TO INSPECT, NOTICE OF DEFECTS AND RETURNS
Orders placed with BEL NADA are binding and the customer is obliged to accept the service. The decision about subsequent changes and cancellations requested by the customer shall be at the discretion of BEL NADA. The resulting costs may be charged to the customer (handling fee of up to twenty percent (20%) of the original order volume or at least CHF 60.00). If the customer does not accept the products within two weeks after the first delivery attempt, BEL NADA may terminate the contract and charge the resulting costs to the customer. Deliveries will be sent by post or courier service to the address specified by the customer in the order. Invoices will be sent by email or by post. The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. Defects in products or deviations from the order confirmation must be reported to BEL NADA in writing by email to hello@belnada.ch within three (3) working days after the defect has been detected.
Transport damage must be reported to BEL NADA immediately after arrival of the delivery. The defective consignment must be kept in the condition in which it was delivered and the product may no longer be used after the defect has been detected. If the customer does not comply with his obligation to inspect and give notice of defects, all claims shall be forfeited and the delivered goods shall be deemed to have been approved. Any returns to BEL NADA shall be at the expense and risk of the customer. Upon request, the customer shall send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and a description of the defects to the return address indicated by BEL NADA. If the inspection by BEL NADA shows that the goods do not have any detectable defects, BEL NADA may charge the customer for the expenses or possible disposal. Delivery of products shall only be made to delivery addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. WARRANTY
BEL NADA shall endeavour to deliver goods in perfect quality. In case of material defects notified in time, BEL NADA may offer the customer the removal of the defect, the replacement of a defect-free product or the refund of the purchase price. A right of the customer to rescission or reduction is excluded. The warranty does not cover the consequences of improper handling or damage by the customer or third parties, or defects attributable to external circumstances. The customer is aware that BEL NADA provides services via the Internet or by using communication networks. Particularly due to technical disturbances, operational disturbances as well as disturbance or interruption of communication networks and due to a failure of IT infrastructures or other parts of the infrastructure used for the provision of services, temporary impairments or interruptions of the provision of services by BEL NADA may occur. BEL NADA therefore does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability and faultlessness of the services. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Due to our procedures, we may occasionally require proof of identity from you before we share your personal information with you.
In the unlikely event that we experience a security breach that compromises our protection of your personal information and we need to tell you about it, we will do so.
DATA TRANSFERS, STORAGE AND THE WORLDWIDE HANDLING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
BEL NADA will collect personal data about you in the country in which you live. We, and those third parties to whom we transfer your personal data, will host, store and process that data in Switzerland.
We will ensure that any transfers of your personal data from one country to another comply with the data protection laws and regulations applicable to us. In particular, European data protection laws contain specific rules for when personal data is transferred to a country outside the EEA.
If we transfer personal data to a country outside the EEA, we will:
include standard data protection clauses authorised by the European Commission for the transfer of personal data to a country outside the EEA in our contracts with the third parties (the clauses authorised under Article 46.2 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)). Or
Ensure that the country where your personal data is processed is considered "adequate" by the European Commission under Article 45 of the GDPR.

CHILDREN
The BEL NADA website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If you are a child, please do not attempt to become a registered user of our website or products or provide us with any other personal information about yourself. If we learn that we have inadvertently received a child's personal information, we will delete that information as soon as possible.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
We will review this Privacy Policy at least annually and update it as necessary. The date of the last update is shown below.
If we change our privacy policy, we will post the details of the change below. If we have your email address, we will also send you an email with information about these changes. If required, we will also ask you to confirm that you agree to these changes.
