In a cocktail shaker add the following ingredients and shake:
5 CL Le Botanique
1O CL Rhubarb Syrup
5 CL Lemon juice
5 CL Egg White/Aquafaba
Add ice and shake again
Strain into a champagne flute
Garnish with a fresh lemon wedge.
