Fill a large wine glass with crushed ice and then pour over:
15 CL Sunny Farm Nosecco
5 CL Le Botanique
2 CL fresh lime juice
2 CL elderflower syrup
Top with sparkling water
Garnish with mint leaves & fresh lime.
