Coming back to Switzerland in 2020 was a turning point for me.

I started re-evaluating my relationship with alcohol — not from a place of restriction, but from a place of curiosity: What would life feel like if I could still enjoy the ritual, the taste, the moment… without the compromise the next day?

With a hospitality background in both bar and kitchen work, I’d spent years around flavour, balance, and what makes a drink feel special.

But when I looked for alcohol-free options that truly delivered, I kept coming up short. So I decided to create my own — a recipe that reflected everything I love: nature, being outdoors, clean botanicals, and that bright feeling of enjoying today while owning tomorrow.

That’s how Bel Nada was born.Today, the Bel Nada range consists of three beautifully crafted drinks — and it won’t stop there.

I’m on a mission to build a full offering of genuinely delicious non-alcoholic alternatives that feel premium, intentional, and worth choosing.

Because I’ve seen firsthand how much my life has improved since cutting down on drinking — more clarity, more energy, more presence.
And I want that for everyone.
